Peapod Pre-School is set in the heart of the Golden Triangle area of Norwich, close to the local infant and junior schools. We are a not-for-profit charity and company limited by guarantee and overseen by a Board of Directors comprised of parent volunteers and the Pre-School managers.

The Board help to manage and look after Pre-School’s finances, funding, policymaking, staffing, event organisation and fundraising and meet up once every half-term. It is made up of parents with children at the Pre-School and aims to ensure that the views of all parents/carers are heard. Board positions include: 

• Chair (chairs the meetings, liaises with parents and managers, responsible for paperwork and licensing requirements) 
• Financial Director (responsible for all financial aspects of the school including managing the budget, filing the income tax return) 
• Secretary (Updates Companies House, records and distributes minutes for official meetings)
